I believe in a holistic approach to health: tapping into the pillars of lifestyle medicine (whole food/predominantly plant-based nutrition · physical activity · restorative sleep · stress management · avoiding risky substances · social connection) along with mindfulness techniques and positive psychology to achieve overall well-being.
Coaching is not a one size fits all approach, it has to be tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual client. You already have the power to transform your health, I'm here to travel beside you on that journey. Wherever you are at is the perfect place to start!
Working with a health and wellness coach is all about making positive and lasting changes to your lifestyle and habits. This process takes time and dedication, and it's not something that can happen overnight.
During this time, we will work together to identify your health goals and create a personalized plan to help you achieve them. By consistently implementing your plan over the course of several months, you'll be more likely to create lasting change and see the results you're looking for. I'll be here to provide support and accountability along the way.
A single health coaching session can be a great way to get some personalized guidance and support for a specific health concern or goal. It can also give you a taste of what working with a health coach is like, and help you decide if ongoing coaching is something you'd like to pursue. You can ask questions, share your concerns, and get a sense of how a coach can help you reach your goals. While it may not offer a complete solution, even a single session can help you identify your strengths and build on them, and leave you feeling motivated and inspired to make positive changes in your life.
